Tom Cruise claims to "know" psychology, and he honestly believes that he does. All that he knows about psychology, however, is what he has been spoon fed by the Church of Scientology. He is a prime example of what can happen when we foresake our critical thinking kills and allow someone else to give us life's anwers instead of rolling up our sleaves and doing the work that it takes to find them ourselves. I don't gamble, but I would place a bet anyday that he has no idea what "transference" is or that he is a victim of his church's unethical abuse of the phenomenon -- Jerry Staton
